It is a speciality groisillonne based on rolled bread dough as a snail and imbibed with vergeoise, cooked in a towel. It's letting itself eat without hunger, with its whipped and vanilla ice cream. The atmosphere is very pleasant on Breton music background. The place breathes authenticity and a certain art of living. The welcome is warmest. I will return with pleasure.
