What Petra W-H doesn't like about Etablissement 1880:
We eat at this establishment every time we are in Breskens. The dishes are always a great surprise. Also this time. However, we now had a strange surprise on the bill. After we ordered 3 espressos, they appeared on the bill at €8.50 each. When we asked, we were told “€4.50 without pastries!, €8.50 with pastries”. Delicious meal, lunch. Really super, dishes are worthy of a . Staff knowledgeable and nice. Would like to make another detour for it, but the acoustics are so bad that we, a table of 4, could hardly understand each other. Advice to the owners, get a professional in the field of acoustics.
