Dear management, take action and put things in order, because by declaring yourself as a participant in the wonderful Gastrofest, your cafe is lowering the bar for the event itself!
Disgusting attitude of the staff! I booked a table for a company 3 days in advance, when I arrived it turned out that everything was booked and they called me for confirmation, but they wrote down the number incorrectly. Instead of an apology, I heard: “What should I do now, if everything is busy with us, it’s your own fault if you don’t pick up the phone and dictate your number incorrectly!” Don't set foot there again!
