I love the food very much, but each time, the service always doesn't do it for me. On Friday I bought my take away and when I wanted to eat, the salad I bought didn't have a fork for me to eat with ended up having to eat with my bare hands, just imagine eating salad with hands . They act all strict, having complaints about things not allowed to do instead of offering an alternative of these situations. It's as if for them, the customer is never right. Yes they're trained and doing their job but sometimes have Ubuntu it's not like we damaging something so politely assist us.
