Domino's Pizza - Grimsby

I gave this special franchise many chances. I enjoy dominos, but not these. the pizza is often over boiled and very dry. the toppings are always in the middle of the pizza with 1 to 3 inches crust. they are generally very fast to prepare their order, but this is not enough to return to the Grimsby site. the Burlington position on the plains road and the Welland position are fantastic! from this reason I know that this location either only maximizes profit on cost of quality or they need to train their employees better. I would give this place a pass.

We have been purchasing our pizza from Domino's at 36 Main in Grimsby for eight or nine years and have enjoyed consistently good pizza, always ready quickly and at a very reasonable price. On one occasion there was a mixup in our order and we...were provided with a free replacement pizza

False pizzas. it was said that I had to go back to the load for another – they cannot deliver. as per manager in the service, they could not deliver because they would fall back on other deliveries and this would make other customers unhappy. rather disappointing that 10 people sit on an esstic, open one of the pizza boxes, just to find out that they have it completely wrong. the responsible for the duty was blatantly admitted that it was her fault and apparently worked with the owner of the load for a release. is this really the best solution for the service they could come with? when I got into the load, there were a total of 7 employees and a driver who seemed nothing to do. a well-trained and customer-oriented owner/operator would have led one of these team members to deliver the pizza themselves, in order not to worry the customer they have already disappointed. live 7 km away from their business. that's 10 minutes. many thanks for the destruction of a birthday party! see attached picture for a crash course.

This is definitely the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Cardboard crust and disgusting toppings and sauce. Crust tasted like dry flour. My wife and I tried one piece each and threw it away. Don't waste your time or money at this place.
