Booster Juice - Grimsby

I recently had a disappointing experience with a steak wrap at this restaurant. The wrap only had cheese and steak inside, with no sauce or veggies. When I brought this up to the server, who had quite a few piercings, she insisted that it was made correctly. Unfortunately, the wrap did not taste good at all, so I had to throw it away. Despite my dissatisfaction, I did not receive a refund. I felt like I paid $8 for a wrap that was only worth $4.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. I waited for seven minutes without being acknowledged because the girl behind the counter was more focused on fulfilling her Uber Eats orders.

I usually enjoy the food at this restaurant, but when I stopped by before work, I was disappointed to find out they weren't scheduled to start serving until 8. I don't think it's right to ask if I'm in a rush - if the store's posted hours say they open at 8, they should be ready to serve at 8.

The WORST Booster Juice I have ever been to which is pretty sad because I live in Grimsby. I always get Mind over Matcha and it is supposed to be purple in colour when completed. I have tried 3 times to get this made in Grimsby and it always comes out grey/green. So bad! I have pictures of the one in Burlington where I work and the one in Grimsby. So the disgusting looking grey drink (nobody would want to drink) is Grimsby and the purple is Burlington.

Leaving this review stings a little. I hit up Booster Juice multiple times a weekdays on my way to work in the morning and the service is great. At this point I’m greeted by name and the staff person knows my order. But, Saturdays are a different experience all around. If you’re going to “open” at 8am please be ready to serve customers at that time. I waited close to 10min this morning while the staff member got things ready. I’m going to guess this wasn’t/isn’t their fault and it has to do with scheduling/budgeting hours. Needless to say I walked out frustrated and hangry.
