Of course it was the child's food that was swapped. I think there is a world of difference between the Cyclops plate and the Pluto plate. The Pluto plate looks like a can of ravioli warmed with mince. Absolutely disastrous behavior towards the customer, in word and tone. The only thing that matters here is money!
