DO NOT order from this location. We ordered for delivery understanding it could take a little longer; it took over an hour to get us our food. When called the store to ask what was going on was told it would be on its way even after the app saying it?s been out for delivery for 20 minutes. I hired a pick-up job at 8:00. Sandwiches were absolutely faultless, and the staff was in high spirit/super personable, even an hour before closing. Assistant Jacob and In-Shop staff Lauren and Elliott ran the show. While I was in Jimmy John's locations throughout the country; This trio really encompasses the meaning of customer service, as well as the brand! FRANCHISE OWNERS: Show them something love!
