I quickly jumped in the car and went to the restaurant to get my pizza. When I arrived, I explained the situation and took full responsibility. The staff member checked my order and then returned with an unexpected offer to cancel the entire order. This was completely unnecessary since the error was entirely mine. I was genuinely impressed by their exceptional customer service, which went above and beyond. Their courtesy truly stood out. Great job—I'm definitely a loyal customer now!
