It took me over 8 minutes to pump 20 gallons of gas, while at Hy-Vee it only takes about 2 minutes! This has been a consistent issue at this Casey’s, as the pumps are extremely slow. Some staff members are friendly, but others can be quite rude. Additionally, I've noticed that this Casey’s, along with the one on E 1st, often doesn't have any pizza or warm food available by 8 PM! Why is that? Overall, this place is just disappointing. I recommend going to Kum & Go, Hy-Vee, or even Kwik Star across the street instead.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery at 11:45 through the app, but after waiting 30 minutes, they still hadn’t arrived. When I called the restaurant, they told me that DoorDash had picked up the pizzas, but they seemed to have disappeared. No one at the restaurant seemed to have any idea what was going on. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

They claimed they called us to clarify, but we never received a call. When I addressed the issue, they were almost unwilling to remake the pizza. I will never return to this location, even if I'm out of gas and it's the only place available. I strongly advise anyone in the area to avoid this Casey's. I will also be warning everyone I know to steer clear, especially when it comes to ordering pizza.
