I patronized this place for the last 7 months I have been coming here getting big orders and today I found out more money was taking off my card than what was s... read more I patronized this place for the last 7 months I have been coming here getting big orders and today I found out more money was taking off my card than what was supposed to be taken I called the store and let them know and I was advised to come to the store so they can rectify the situation fine after work I go to the store explain the situation again and the cashier calls the owner and states the issue the owner stated I couldn’t get my money back that they took from my card so the cashier stated to me that she doesn’t think he understood what she was saying and I should wait for him I didn’t want to wait because I was tired I just got off work long story short I waited a hour for the owner and was met with attitude and anger I never raised my voice I explained the issue and never was irate or disrespectful but I was told by the owner that I had an attitude which I didn’t never raised my voice or called him names I was very respectful he never apologized he talked crazy to me I felt very disrespected especially being treated like this from a Black owned business this is not acceptable on any level then while I was leaving I let him know it wasn’t that big of a deal it’s fine if he doesn’t return the money back to my card I just won’t shop there anymore he then states WE DON’T CARE LOUDLY AS HE’S WALKING BEHIND ME AS I’M LEAVING… I can’t lie my feelings are hurt on how I was treated it’s not about the money it’s the way I was treated that has the lasting effect on me. Keep in mind I shop there 2-3 times a week spending $80-$100 every visit
