Went through drive through when we got to the window the guy who came to the window didn?t speak we had to ask how much the bill was got the order which we had ordered a milk with our order got down the road opened the milk it was sour the best by date was the 10th of October. I called to let them k ow and was prompted to enter an access code they won?t even pick up the phone. Sad that people are rude and unintereste... View all feedback.
Coffee is always fresh. Whether it's an early morning hot coffee or a afternoon icy coffee that I have in the mood for coffee is always in place. Great customer service received both in business and via drive-thru.
Upon arrival we will find that this is a very clean facility. The smell of pastries and coffee is very welcoming. The staff is fast. Maximum waiting time maybe 10 minutes. All in all, I'm pretty happy.
The staff is amazing! Great service every time I order. Love that I can preorder and it is ready within a short time. I like they have advertising offers through the app.
I don't like a crew soome at night. Some of them are kind of rude. I went today and gave her a gift card because I wanted to use the rest of it and they took my gift card and didn't use it so I was charged the full amount. And I told her to throw the card away. I didn't think about it until later when I looked at the charges on my credit card. You may not think it's a big deal, but I have a record of every transaction. It's a big deal, I'm sitting here trying to grab Penny, I weighed everything on my card. Gas is almost $5 a gallon it is not worth driving and they correct my problem. Apart from that, there are certain employees there that I really like and they always make my coffee exactly as I like, so if it wasn't for what I wouldn't go any further.
