Buffalo's - Griffin

The restaurant had dirty floors, and the boneless chicken wings had an odd sweetness that made them inedible. The chicken salad was also disappointing, as it was filled with rotten, black lettuce. I just hope my family and I don’t end up with food poisoning from this experience.

I have eaten several times in the restaurant and used it to be really good. We didn't even have buffalo, so we stopped getting a late dinner. It seems to have begun to go down the hill. Regardless of whether it is fed in or you place an order, the order should be freshly cooked no matter what time of day it is. We set a togo order and demanded crispy, extra wet wings. Food was cold, the wings were completely dry with little to no sauce. The frits were not fresh, they flattened spikes and were all super dry sticks in both orders. It was also a fairly long waiting time for subpar food.

We had an amazing experience with our waitress today! Elizabeth was friendly, attentive, and a lot of fun to chat with. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Bowl, while my husband had the wings and fries, and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

The dining experience here is quite disappointing. The management is exceptionally unprofessional, making it a frustrating environment. Instead of ensuring that servers receive fair compensation, they're expected to share their tips with hourly employees, rather than the establishment stepping up to pay a reasonable wage. Servers earn just $2.15 an hour, yet they have to split their tips with hosts, bussers, dishwashers, and others. It's disheartening to see such poor management and lack of support for employees. This is likely why they have such high staff turnover—no one wants to work for a company that shows little regard for those who contribute to its success.

Food was outstanding! Nice country music playing college football on the TVs 2 stars only. Everything else was horrible! They had an 86 B on their inspection so we hesitated but gave them a shot. Our waitress was Jordan. She gave very minimal attention but we still left a tip. We noticed other waitresses giving really good service, so, I 'll just leave that right there! After 30 mins waiting no food or word from her, we were ready to leave but decided to wait 5 more mins. When the food came out 2 mins later, nothing was hot... everything was lukewarm so we figured while the 3 fams that came in after us were getting served, our food must have been sitting under a warmer. But the food was still delish. The restaurant itself was dirty. There was trash on the floor and they tried to 1st seat us in the back in a very small booth so we asked for a table which they then gave us one where the seats were dirty and there was a big puddle of fluid under 2 of the chairs. Hopefully it was soda or water but we weren 't sure. The 3rd table was acceptable but we had to wipe it down as it was somewhat cleaned but not well. The furniture in the bathrooms and restaurant are old and really need replacing. The toilets have film peeling off the seats (they are in the Home Depot parking lot so that can be an easy fix! and the vanity top has a giant crack hopefully no one cuts themselves. We enjoyed the food so if we ever return, it will be for takeout only.
