He handled everything flawlessly at both tables despite massive changes to orders and added requests All with cheerful grace and speed. oh.... And the food was also good lol

Our server Tay-Tay was great! The restaurant however leaves a lot to be desired. We got here at 6:30 and had a 15 minute wait for a table. Not too bad. But we o... read more Our server Tay-Tay was great! The restaurant however leaves a lot to be desired. We got here at 6:30 and had a 15 minute wait for a table. Not too bad. But we ordered not long after we were sat and it took an hour for our food to come out. When it did come out neither of us had gotten our salads yet and my prime rib was cold. The ladies bathroom is nasty. The booths in the dining room are nasty. This place could really use updating and a thorough cleaning. Ended up taking my dinner home so I could warm it up plus I was full of bread and loaded potato skins and beer by the time my actual meal arrived. We will give it another try in the future.

When I arrived... read more Because the service was great, I wish I could have said I enjoyed the food too. However, this was not the case. I called in my order for pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady. There was no wait and she was very friendly. I checked the bag and made sure everything was there before she left. I appreciated her patience as it seemed a little busy during that time. By, the time I got home I was excited and ready to dig in. I pulled my dinner out first. At first glance everything looked good until I seen that the bottom of my broccoli was brown and old looking. I decided not to eat them and just eat the salmon and sweet potatoes which was tasty. Lastly, I grabbed my cheesecake. It looked old. In denial, I tasted a small corner. It was horrible. I ended up just tossing it in the trash. This was not a great experience for me I'm not sure if I would go back.

We really got the royal treatment which was great since it was my wife's birthday. The drinks were just right, the food was 50/50. Pretty average for a casualdining location. I like the attention we got from the server and how she was committed to making this a great experience forus. Only downside and one beyond anyone affiliated with Applebee's, was that several customers near our table were coughingcontinuously, and in this Covid/Flu/RSV environment that really makes it hard to enjoy a dinner anywhere.

But everyone remember before you go this is Applebee's not Ruth Chris steakhouse. Don't rip this restaurant because you expect a BMW whileonly wanting to spend Honda money, not gonna happen.
