We only tested the hotel, and the rooms are spacious and the bedding excellent. The calm is impeccable and the welcome is extremely friendly, both from the owners and from all the staff encountered. The castle and the environment are exceptional. I have been coming for years. Unfortunately during our last two visits in July and August the reception and the service have lost in quality. No fluidity for arrival and departure, we had to wait for the manager. No taste or interest for customers. Lack of human warmth. In my opinion understaffed. It's too bad. Rooms: 5 View all feedback.
