The... read more I had the pleasure of dining in for lunch, and it was an outstanding experience. The meal was reasonably priced, falling in the R400–450 range per person. The food was exceptional, definitely deserving a 5-star rating. Every dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The service also earned a solid 5 stars; the staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the atmosphere was perfect, creating a delightful ambiance that enhanced our dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

The lamb... read more Out of all the restaurants in Greyton 1854 has to have weakest food. 1, the wine list does not have anything of value 2. I ordered the R199 lamp chops. The lamb chops where around 7mm thick and really not worth the effort of walking to the restaurant. I won’t be frequenting the establishment again. They did have a band and the atmosphere was warm with a fireplace that I needed to manage. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
