Was Anonym at Dario Doc a mag?
I took the reception menu, which includes degotation of 5 dishes. a pleasure, the meat melts in the mouth. I can't wait to go back to try other specialties. fast and very kind service. right prices. View all feedback.

A fun place to watch the great Butcher in the shop; staff was super friendly in spite of the crowds. The little restaurant is next to the shop; setting is at a long table; orders are quickly taken and served. Not a lingering kind of place; they are getting ready for the next shift of eaters to arrive. All said; the food was good but would be hard to imagine doing it a second time. View all feedback.

After 20 years of waiting (from tg5 times we pass by chance by panzano and we have to settle (all the rest only outside) of this modern and new place right in front of the butcher. the closed menu that the reception for which you should not book. for 20 euros we arrive in rapid succession crostini covered by a goose rag, suppressed of muretto, ciccia salad, braised meat room grilled beef belly, extra virgin beans. Happy birthday

Who say a great master of the flesh. when you go to your meat shop, first you have to take advantage of the proposed refreshment offer, with the steak workshop menu (on reservation it is worth it! It's like a big family.

For those in the chianti area, the ancient butcher shop of the dario snipers, in my opinion is an inevitable stage! literally immerse yourself in an experience of conviviality and sharing, enjoying aromas and flavors of authentic Tuscan cuisine. the most beautiful feeling was to feel at home! Thank you.

We stopped eating a hamburger in their food truck and it was exceptional. reasonable price with a good beer in the sun.

A wine dress and a croccante of colonnade, the honors of the house for those who take care, then the sour ciccia takes you in your arms and leads you to walk in the raft of the goto. Bono!

A culinary experience worth repeating, even with a vegetarian menu. The meat one is excellent.

We went to Macelleria Cecchini yesterday, and honestly, the experience fell short of our expectations. The heavy social media exposure probably led us to imagine something better, more refined, and engaging. The meat is certainly high-quality, no complaints there. The problem is that it 's served almost alone, accompanied only by beans: without at least two or three different side dishes to complement it, it ends up being a bit cloying, meaning it gets boring after a while, despite the quality of the ingredients. The baked potato, which should be a side dish, becomes almost a main course with Chianti butter. The impression is that the Cecchini persona and all his fame have taken over the actual gastronomic experience. The wine was the most disappointing: modest quality, especially considering the €50 menu. It 's true that you can bring your own bottle, but a better option from them would have been welcome. In short: good, but not great. A pleasant lunch, but far from what we expected after so much fame.

A fantastic place where meat is the queen in all its expressions. Recommended place and one that I will definitely try again.

A sensational experience, a convivial dinner featuring top-quality meat. The main table is set in front of the oven where the meat is finished cooking, and you have the opportunity to meet the infamous Dario Cecchini and watch the butchers carve the various steaks, including the Florentine steak, during dinner.

A lot of the reviews on here seem to be for the Officina della Bistecca, and not for this restaurant. Dario DOC is *not* the all you can eat, 50 Euro extravaganza... it is only open at lunch, can’t be reserved, and has “small” lunch options. We loved it here from the moment you walk in to the butchers shop and they hand you a glass of free wine to drink while you sample the delicious bread and oil through to the beautifully cooked burger and pappa il pomodoro with outstanding roast potatoes. As somebody else has said be sure to order the coffee and cake after... not the greatest coffee you’ll ever drink but the cake is divine and you will never get a better deal for 2 Euro! All in all a fabulous little place, which seems to soak up the tourist trade without losing its charm... though perhaps it helped that we arrived at 2 o’clock rather than peak lunchtime.

Wow the portions! This is the most informal of the options for eating with the Butcher of Panzano. As you walk into the butchers shop, you are immediately greeted with bread, salami and wine and walk through the working butchers to a verandah. There you eat family style on two long tables. First come first served we got there at 12 and got a seat immediately. There are various options depending upon your hunger based on a half pound burger with differing Tuscan accompaniments. Well worth a visit and we only watched the Netflix show afterwards. Wish we had done so before!

Absolute excitement and experience, when some girls offer you local wine with olive oil bread when you only enter the place. We went through the kitchen and restaurant to terrace, where two tables each for 30 people were and that was amazing! Great performance, great food and great experience. A must for meat lovers and whats interesting, they have a vegetarian option, which is very very tasteful too. Highly recommended! Dario is a superstar of course.

We arrived a little early and were among the only people in the dining room. The tables were set up family style and had a huge bottle of chianti, bread and celery and carrots. As other diners filed in, we learned that everyone would be served at the same time,once all diners were present. Main courses included 4 different type of beef served in order: steak tartare, carpaccio, steak panzanese and bistecca fiorentina. They were all served rare and plentifully with a baked potato. When waitress noticed that I was not eating my meat, she offered to have mine cooked a little more on the grill. The evening ended with Dario himself coming out to cheers, hugs and a nice little speech. The food was not the best of our trip but for 50 euros per person it was a great value and great entertainment.
