We make a 30-mile drive here twice a week because we absolutely love this place. It's one of the best breweries I've ever visited. The owners are wonderful and incredibly friendly, and the staff are knowledgeable and personable. The beers are fantastic, and it's one of the few breweries that offers food. It's our favorite spot to unwind!
I attempted to place an order online, and the whole experience was terrible. I was informed that phone orders were not accepted, which seemed ridiculous. I was then directed to the website to order, but the ordering feature wasn’t enabled. After the manager activated it, we refreshed the page and were finally able to proceed—only to be told that the food wouldn't be available for order until 4 PM, even though they opened at 2 PM. The excuse given was that the entire kitchen staff consisted of high school students, which didn’t excuse the inconsistencies or issues we faced. There was no apology or acknowledgment of how misleading that could be. Overall, it was a very poor customer experience. Instead of getting defensive about their operational inefficiencies, they should focus on fixing the issues and sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience.
The pizza was amazing, and the beer selection was both impressive and flavorful. Despite the restaurant being quite busy that day, we never felt like we had to wait long for our order. We will definitely be coming back!
