Went on a Sunday during peak lunch hours with a large group. Plenty of seating for all 12 of us in the dining area. Cashier was very pleasant and the food was out within 5 minutes (which was a blessing with 3 kids under 5)! There was one taco that wasn?t prepared correctly and they had a new one out within a minute and took care of it with a smile. The place was very clean and well all left full, happy, and satisfied... What MidwestLiketoTravel doesn't like about Amigos/kings Classic:
My wife hadn't had a cheese drenched since her childhood in Southern Indiana, so when we saw the billboard along I-80 from Lincoln to Omaha, we had to stop. She said the sandwich was true to her memories. She shared, so I shared my Lime Chicken Salad. Both were very good! unfortunately, this restaurant and facilities were NOT the cleanest, and because of that, our rating was reduced. View all feedback.
Ok, so Amigo?s isn?t ever going to be what you?d call ?high quality authentic Mexican.? But, if you grew up with it (and King?s Classic) you?re going to like what you get. Kids meals are a fair price and enough food for the kiddos (two 6/7 year old boys). It?s a shame they don?t have the hot cheese pump any more, and they charge for it now. But you won?t find another fast food place with a wider menu; something for all tastes here. This location was clean and the cashier was very friendly, but we were the only ones eating inside so I can?t speak to the speed of service when it?s busier.
Ordered through Grubhub, this was the second time I ordered from them first time was awesome this time was beyond poor, ordered 2 enchilada plates with extra lettuce tomatoes and sour cream and got no lettuce, tomatoes or sour cream for both plates And no salsa. And everything was ice cold, sorry amigos you lost my business
Ordered a beef taco salad through the drive through. I got a taco salad....no beef. Done. Wasn't worth going back to complain. Not the first time a order has been screwed up. No adults work there. Evidently the kids running the place fail to understand the is a Mexican restaurant across the highway, and taco bell and taco John's 4 miles down the highway.

So good! One of my favorite restaurants. We especially love this time of year when they have fish and shrimp tacos, and crab ragoon burritos!
