Great American Cookies - Gretna

I ordered this cake days ago. Get there at the pick up time — 2 women arguing and didn’t acknowledge me until about 5 minutes later,only to let me know it wasn’t ready and go back to their conversation. Rush job and no personal skills whatsoever. I won’t be buying anything from here again or from Oakwood mall.

I usually like my cookies baked a little harder buuuut who can come to the mall and not get a mall cookie lol. Loooove them oooor I'm just greedy lol Either way love the variety and the staff is cool but they change up enough so if it was a bad experience you might see someone new the next time you go soooo still grab a cookie lol

The manager was very rude, I will not purchase anything from there again.

Horrible prices. Just tried selling me a cookie like a pizza slice for over $4. They're not even that good and definitely not for that price. Went to Cafe Du Monde and got 6 beignets for under $6. So good at any price.
