The restaurant is nicely... read more I 'm not sure if it is right to give Baita Chamole 4 stars . They get it however based on the owners eager, strong will and dedication. The restaurant is nicely decorated and we enjoyed a Sicilian inspired fish dinner. Unfortunately, all the dishes were only lukewarm when they were served. The food doesn 't really match the nice, informal atmosphere and service. All in all fine but please improve the food and take it off the gourmet track. A piece of advice: put on warm clothes, as both the bar and the restaurant were quite cold.

It did not really suit our difficult Australian gran... read more Small and very friendly restaurant, specializing in local dishes which are ideally suited to hungry skiers. It did not really suit our difficult Australian grandchildren, whose taste is for 'chips with no potato in them ', but the staff tried their best. The tartiflette was delicious.
