This place used to be alright. But over the years the quality of food and the overall service has declined. The service is some of the most monotone service around the Shorewood Hills Area. This store seems understaffed and the workers are visibly upset most of the time. My almost $8.00 loaded tots came loaded with grease and disappointment! What I was expecting vs what I got is UNREAL!

The garlic chicken parm wings are the best overall it was good
These were the most nasty wings I’ve ever experienced in my life. The wings I had LACKED seasoning, literally not a pinch of salt was on them. I’m highly disappointed and won’t be eating here again. Otherwise, delivery arrived at the time listed.
They now make you pay extra for a dipping sauce that isn't their branded sauce. Not to mention last time I ordered they forgot a sauce entirely (that I had to pay extra for! I don't know if it's new management or what but there has been a steep decline in quality recently. Tenders are still great so they get two stars for that.
