He’s... read more Not a good first experience. That bartender with beard is not friendly. I am the one who paid and gave tip and yet he said thanks to my partner but not me. He’s snoopy. I ordered old fashioned and he asked me what kind. Oh well I just looked at him. Clearly I didn’t know so don’t assume that everyone is from Wisconsin. Instead of looking at me with a disappointed look, just explain the varieties. That’s your job. But the place is nice and the old fashioned (brandy) tasted good.

Aside from that, this is a fun queer spot with a good variety of people coming in. Oftentimes it smells horrible, but after one of their strong drinks or two you get used to it.
