Pedro's Mexican - Greshamville

This company contracted us for work. We got there and did the work as he wanted. But when it came down to payment, he ghosted us. Tried to call him for weeks but he never answers his phone. Not even for normal customers. Contractor's beware. This guy doesn't pay for work.

Greeted by server immediately, received drinks promptly. Chili burrito was fantastic as usual and the server was extremely efficient today, thank you

Stopped for dinner here. We were seated promptly upon arrival. We were brought water, chips and salsa immediately. Our food was very good and plentiful. The reason for 4 stars was that my rice and beans were only warm not hot. The waitress was very friendly and pleasant. We would eat here again.

The margaritas seemed blah and more like a slushy. I'm pretty sure the alcohol was minimal too. Usually there's a taste of tequila in a margarita but they truly tasted like a gas station slushy that was too thick to drink and then watery when it melted. We were pretty disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for?? The food was okay. We had the enchiladas and chimichangas. We liked the salsa and chips. We haven't been here for years and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, we won't be returning unless they make some improvements.

The host made us wait ten minutes while the restaurant/bar had few people. I ordered ground beef tacos and the beef had a funny smell, a bad flavor and texture. I would have given zero stars had it not been for the absolutely amazing bartender Brent! He was responsive, attentive and helpful. I have been going to Pedro’s all my life and the state of this restaurant now compared to then is sad! Hoping they renew the place, improve the quality of the food and regain their status in our community!
