Additionally, it was... read more The staff at this restaurant, particularly the female worker, have difficulty understanding English, which made communication challenging. Additionally, it was concerning to see one worker licking her fingers and touching the food. Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene were quite disappointing, especially with another staff member at the register who appeared to be picking at their face.

I waited at the drive-thru speaker for six minutes before deciding to go inside, where I ended up waiting another 8 to 10 minutes for my food at the counter. It would be helpful to update your system so that when transitioning from dinner to breakfast, customers in the drive-thru can’t place orders for items that are no longer available.
