Joseph Lockman, The manager on duty, has **** poor customer service skills. And should be demoted immediately. He seemed bothered to take my order, and when i asked for fresh fries, he kept repeating “anything else” then still proceeded to give me luke warm fries. He then refused to give me a receipt saying “you got what you paid for, get out of my line” i ended up taking the food indside and going home out of my money and hungry because he refused to give me a refund. This McDonald’s will never see another dollar of mine. I knew i should’ve went to Burger King.
Very uncomfortable ? wait. The service was horrible and slow.My order took 14 minutes to get to the counter for pick up.During my wait two customer came in from having gone through the drive through I believe, both were unhappy with what they had been given at the drive through window.
Went in to order breakfast at order station-wasn’t even acknowledged after 20 minutes-staff just stared at meTried using Kisko , I’m 75-asked for assistance, hit button-no such luck, no service again after 15 plus minutesService was horrible-horrible-horrible
