Been coming here for over 7 years. The food is always perfect, drinks are strong, and the staff is amazing. They are so kind and patient and also work so fast. What Zac Smith doesn't like about Las Maracas:
Not a great experience at all! Server was not around and even attentive to even give me a refill (been dry 15 minutes). Secondly food wasn’t fresh coming out and it was like it had been sitting on the warmer forever.Another server finally came by to aconowledge my issue. I drive from Bellevue to come here. Everyone is so kind. Prices are reasonable and the margaritas are A+

We got in at 11 AM right after they opened, they were quick, friendly, and just flat out amazing. I don’t leave reviews often but I felt so compelled after how full I now feel. The Quesadillas Supremas is top notch best bang for your buck. If you feel a little adventurous try their tomatillo sauce (I think that’s how it’s spelled) it’s the best one I’ve tasted by far and it’s not extremely spicy either. PLEASE try this restaurant they are awesome!
Food is great service is good fajitas nachos jelisco is my fav shrimp, chicken and beef it's amazing
The chili poblano is SO good! We always like the fajitas, chips and salsa, too!
