I can't believe the Mexican guy tonight in the Drive-Thru would not let me use my validation code for my free whopper sandwich unbelievable when I come every morning and give great reviews for breakfast. With their great customer service in the morning I'm on my way to work I cannot believe that the guy tonight would not let me use my validation code how is the code error when I got the code from the system totally unbelievable

The staff there were unfriendly, and I was extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service.
Well it's ok. But my biggest issue is I just slipped and fell in their parking lot close to the sidewalk/entrance and I came in and told them. And nothing was done. Just said oh and that's it. She didn't tell the manager did absolutely nothing.And I did fall pretty hard. And I told her they should salt the sidewalk and lil bit of the parking lot that's right there.
