On my second visit, the ovens were malfunctioning, resulting in my pizza and sub being served cold. It was a disappointing experience, a waste of both time and money.

The restaurant appeared to be managed by just one gentleman during my visit, and he dedicated his full attention to each customer. The sub wrap was, as always,... read more The restaurant appeared to be managed by just one gentleman during my visit, and he dedicated his full attention to each customer. The sub wrap was, as always, delicious. I recommend bringing your own bag or having one handy in the car if you're planning to purchase more than one sub, as the paper bags aren’t very sturdy. Hopefully, this will improve in the future.

They didn't even spread any mayo on the bread. When I mentioned that there are videos on YouTube about making a good sub, they just shrugged it off with an attitude.

When I arrived, I was informed that they w... read more I placed an online order before 8 PM, as the website and Google indicated that the restaurant was open until 9:30 PM. When I arrived, I was informed that they were out of bread. If I wanted a refund—something I expected since I didn’t receive my order—I was told I would need to contact the manager in the morning. To top it off, I saw a young employee making a sandwich for his girlfriend with the nonexistent bread while she was on the phone, complaining about customers placing orders and delaying his return home. This was over an hour before closing time.
