Took a Lyft to closest hibachi restaurant from truck stop since I was in the area for trucking purposes. Ninja turned out to be a gem! I ordered an Avocado salad requested a side of chicken from the grill. It was all delicious. For a taste of something different I chose White Peach Cold Sake surprisingly it tasted just like White Peach. I'm not a fan of plain Sake so this flavor really took it to another level. The food was okay, but they definitely don't understand what to do for people with food allergies. Multiple people in different parties had the same allergies, and the chef still mixed the foods but just didn't put them on those plates despite being told several times that was a problem. Incredible! The food was excellent! Entertainment while your food is prepare. It has been a long time since we have Hot food served to us!! Thank You Ninja Japenese Resaurant!
They serve one of my favorite miso soups. The fried sushi is great as well. We like the Fantastic Roll.
Good hibachi, lunch has great prices and plenty of food. Our family really enjoys it.
