However the attention could be better: a lot of waiting time even if it was not full, and a few more details made us feel unattended. The best point at this place is that they have a super lovely terrace.

We had the 17.50E menu... read more The Phnom Penh is a pleasant restaurant, a cut above some of the back street restaurants. Nice seating inside or outside, pleasant staff. We had the 17.50E menu in the evening, a good choice. You can choose mi noodles or vegetables instead of plain rice for just 1E, well worth it. The Cambodian salad and beef crispy noodle entrees were particularly good. Great value, delicious food.
