It 's a shame because when the plates arrive, we 're immediately impressed, but the wow effect quickly fades once in the mouth. It 's not bad, far from it, but you don 't come out of the restaurant with a memorable taste. Strange mixtures: grilled industrial chips in the starter, scallops with strawberries/peppers/eggplants, etc... The desserts are good, nothing to complain about. The price is not excessive but invites you to enjoy more flavorful cuisine. (PS: the waiters in t-shirts don 't help with the refined ambiance the kitchen is trying to create)
