No Way Jose - Grenada

Overall, we have had a great experience at this restaurant most of the times we've visited. However, during our recent visit, the waitress didn’t come back to check on us after delivering our food. I wanted to request some pico de gallo, but I couldn’t ask her since she didn’t return until almost the end of our meal. Other than that, the food and drinks are always excellent. We will definitely return; it's the best Mexican restaurant in Grenada. Thanks! Service: Dine-in.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Be cautious with the cheese dip—it contains ground beef, pico de gallo, and melted cheese, but what I received was definitely not beef; it was some sort of mushy meat. I returned it immediately without even tasting it because I could tell it wasn’t right. When I requested a refund, the manager refused to give me my money back. After threatening to leave a negative review due to their poor customer service, they finally returned part of my money. It wasn't just about the money for me; it was about standing by my rights as a customer, especially since they clearly knew that what they served was not beef. I don’t usually write reviews, but the way I was treated during this incident was unacceptable. I will never return to this establishment, and I recommend that others keep driving past it.
