The cashiers at this restaurant are the worst I've ever encountered. They are lazy and impolite, with one even seen drinking strawberry soda while the other hides out in the back of the store. Every time I visit, the cashiers are different but consistently display the same lazy and rude behavior. View all feedback.
On Sunday at 8:30 p.m., I arrived at the restaurant expecting it to be open until 10:00 p.m. as advertised. However, I was told that they were closed for cleaning and would not be able to serve anyone until the next day. In the 5 minutes I was there, I saw around a dozen customers turned away. If I hadn't gone out of my way to visit this restaurant, I would have been aware that they do not stick to their posted business hours. I will not be returning to this establishment and recommend stopping at Spencer's Dairy Kreme instead.
I asked for a smoothie, but the girl told me she couldn't make it tonight, even though she had just made one for the person in front of me.
On Sunday afternoon, my friend and I went to get ice cream. There was no one at the counter, so I asked the attendant at Texaco Star Mart for help. He called over a man who was sitting in a chair on his phone near Baskin Robbins. The man said they were closed and wouldn't be serving today. When I asked why, he rudely answered that it was because "I said she's closed". This experience has made me never want to visit a Texaco or Baskin Robbins again.
There was an unexpected foreign object in my ice cream, like a chewy substance that should not have been there.
Service was very slow. Waited almost 20 minutes to get served and I was the only one in line
