A bowl of water is handed to him every time. And if the ice cream parlor is full, like it was last Saturday, then that's not a bad sign. Other people also like Eiscafe Eldena. We always enjoy going to this dining establishment.

A group of guests (mixed ages, probably gr... read more Even one star is too many. Avoid at all costs! Today we experienced what many previous speakers have already written. A group of guests (mixed ages, probably grandparents and children) were thrown out of the restaurant by the young man, apparently the manager there, with the words What do you want?? **** off!!!! . The group probably waited in vain for a last portion of ice cream that didn 't come for a guest after it had already been repeatedly forgotten. We didn 't sit far and none of the guests were in any way conspicuous . The employee became loud and loudly insulted the guest in front of everyone present. We have never experienced anything like that before. There was also a small child in the group. We were also reprimanded beforehand in an extremely rude manner by a waitress. And when our table was wiped down with a rag that I wouldn 't even use for the floor, everything went away. The ice cream is served attractively and looks great, but what is the overall hygiene like then you ask yourself. I can understand that it is stressful when there are still few staff. But you can expect a minimum level of friendliness and cleanliness. We won 't set foot in there again. Then go a few meters further to Wieck, where the staff is super friendly and everything is very clean.
