My son, being a typical kid, rang the bell, and the sandwich maker gave him a harsh side glance. While waiting for her to finish another customer's order, we noticed she wasn't wearing a mask and was leaning very close to the food, just inches away. Once I saw that, we decided to leave. At Subway, not wearing a mask while preparing food right in front of customers is a major concern for me.

I showed up just five minutes after opening, but the staff were busy chatting in the back and didn’t begin preparing the bread. Consequently, only day-old bread was available, and we left without ordering. Subway’s slogan is "Eat Fresh," not "Day-Old Food."
