However, the chicken could have been cooked a little more, and my fries were still somewhat chewy, if you catch my drift!

He was fri... read more We were served by JC, and I wasn't sure what I wanted to order. He helped me choose perfectly and clearly knows the menu well, which was a huge help. He was friendly and mentioned that he loves working there; it's rare to see someone so dedicated. It seemed like most of the staff at this location were doing a great job as well. The food was hot and delicious, and I was really impressed.

This time, they for... read more There always seems to be a problem with this restaurant. The last time I visited, I had to go back to retrieve a missing meal from my order. This time, they forgot to include 2 ranch dressings and 4 Zax sauces. Honestly, it’s not even worth going back for them; I’ll just use ketchup instead. I wouldn't be so annoyed if I hadn't paid extra for everything.

After being asked to hold, I waited for 10 minutes before they finally took my order. Then, I was instructed to park and wait for my food. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes, and when I went inside to request a refund, someone else came in with my order—they had mistakenly given it to him. Unfortunately, this meant I didn’t get lunch today.

I typically don’t complain or write negative reviews—this is actually my first time doing so—but I felt that the staff was quite inconsiderate in this situation.
