Was thrilled with the seating, the view, great wine selection, appitizers, and the food, ( salmon selection), was so good! Our server, Taylor was really friendly and enhanced our dinner experience. 50 mile drive was worth it! Will not be 30 years before we visit again. Thank You.

The food was completely on point (the burrata was beautiful, the steaks perfectly cooked and the shrimp cocktail was perfect). The service was amazing. Friendly, well timed and attentive without being cloying. The view was pretty and it's entertaining watching the variety of boats go by. I highly recommend it and I've eaten in some of the finest restaurants in the world. I definitely want to return.

It was perfect - the yellow umbrellas and the blue sky and water made a serene setting. Our waitress was attentive and met all our needs. The food was excellent and we hated to leave. We will definitely be back and I have been spreading the word about this place. Watching the boats on the water is a big plus. We hope to come back for a sailboat ride and lunch now that is being offered during the week.

We were asked if we wanted to sit at a high top cocktail table near the bar. I said no thank you. We wondered if they understood what a reservation means. We almost left but did get seated after a 10-15 minute wait. Was worth the wait!

The appetize... read more I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food and service were outstanding, and I even had the chance to meet Rick while I was there. The appetizers were exceptional; our large group ended up trying nearly all of them. I ordered the surf and turf, and the steak was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth. The crab cake was hands down the best I've ever had. This restaurant provided the best food and overall experience I've had while visiting the Greenville area!

In addition to the great atmosphere and food, the main reason why we love coming to Rick's Eastside is the bar service, especially Reagan and Madison. They take such good care of us each time we visit, remembering our favorite drinks and spending time chatting with us, it truly feels like we are visiting with good friends. Greenville is an amazing city with many options for great food drinks, but for us we can honestly say that the service we get from Reagan and Madison at the bar make us choose Rick's most Friday and Saturday nights. Highly recommend.
