A... read more The drive-thru speaker was malfunctioning, causing the employee to ask me to repeat my order multiple times and ultimately enter one of the items incorrectly. After reaching the window, we waited 20 minutes for our food, and when we inquired about our drinks, they seemed surprised that we hadn't received them. The bread bowl and side of bread were incredibly hard and inedible, while the rest of the food, although passable, wasn’t very impressive. This was our second visit to this location, and it will definitely be our last. The food is excessively overpriced for the quality and quantity received, compounded by the poor service.

I called the restaurant, and they informed me they would credit me for the missing item, so I re-ordered it. Unfortunately, they sent the completely wrong sandwich this time. After calling the store again, the manager refunded me. I understand that many places are short-staffed and mistakes do happen, but this restaurant clearly struggles to keep up with orders. It's unfair to both customers and staff at this point.

I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but they're really struggling. I've ordered the Baja bowl many times, and this is not what a $10+ bowl should look like. When I asked the manager if the portion size was correct, I was hoping he would offer to remake it, but instead, he just offered me more rice.

I order the Mediterranean with chicken and the rice was not fully cooked the grain was so hard it tasted like chalk. I was told by the manager that they have a new grain mix and that is way itwas like that. Makes no sense why food would taste like that if it?s a new grain. It?s supposed to be a warm bowl not cold andun cooked. I DONT recommend this Panera customer service is not great. Very disappointed.

I addressed a employee about the condition of the store and a girl came out, grabbed a wipe, wiped the garbage area and then proceeded to wipe every table with the samewipe. Dead flys in the windows and the floors hadn?t been swept all day. My soup was cold and my sandwich had about 1/2 the meatand toppings it was suppose to have. This store is declining at a rapid pace. New management should be considered.I also have avideo of the dining area but wasn?t allowed to add to this review.
