Food was awesome. But us truckers eat anything anytime and anywhere. Thanks Min Hibachi. Food was great.
I ordered shrimp fried rice, but what I received was shrimp with plain white rice cooked in soy sauce. There were no onions, peas, or egg in the rice. I will never order from here again.
I’m truly saddened to share that after two days of trying to call with no response and finally deciding to stop by, I found Min Hibachi closed. A sign on the door indicates they will reopen next month under new management. Thank you for all the delicious lunches; I really enjoyed your food. However, all good things must come to an end, and I guess I’ll have to give the new team a chance when they open up.
