I saw quite a few people getting frustrated and leaving, some of whom only had part of their group getting their meals, while others continued to wait in vain. I've never encountered such terrible service at this location before.

This is supposed to be the new turkey and gravy, but instead, I received tough meat accompanied by a watery brown substance they call gravy. The mac and cheese tasted like cheap Kraft, and the broccoli was cold. I definitely wouldn't recommend the turkey.

Although they sometimes experience delays and staffing issues like many restaurants, we have consistently received good service and enjoyed tasty food. While it may not be perfectly spotless, the cleanliness is satisfactory. It's clear the team works hard to provide a positive experience.

We arrived at 10:50 and were seated by 11, but our food didn’t arrive until 12:45. The manager offered a small discount, but since we only ordered simple dishes, it didn’t feel like enough. When our food finally arrived, it seemed like it had been sitting out and was served cold. To make things worse, while we were paying, we overheard employees complaining about their coworkers right in front of us and other customers. I won’t be coming back to this IHOP. If you want IHOP, I recommend avoiding this location until they manage to improve their service—if that ever happens.

I ordered online three times, and each time they forgot my drinks. Did they try to fix it? Not at all! I placed another online order for pickup, and when I arrived, my order had been given to someone else. The food is always cold, and they barely fill the containers with syrup and fruit. This will definitely be my last visit. They used to be great, but I have no idea what went wrong. I do not recommend this location at all. It’s better to drive a bit further and go elsewhere. UPDATE: After waiting over an hour and a half and dealing with the hostess’s attitude, they still forgot two orders and an order of pancakes. Never again!
