Food was just okay. This location seems to be older. On the inside and the outside. The fact that's its dark and hidden and barely any outside lights at night. They appear closed from the street. Only 2 servers working the whole restaurant and theywere running like chickens with their heads cut off. You could tell they were doing the best they could. Even still... mostlikely won't return.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered takeout and my order was missing the salad and the kids' drink. Additionally, the burgers were OVERCOOKED to the point that they were difficult to chew. I won't be ordering from here again.
The only positive aspect of this location is the long-time employees, who are consistently friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, I feel that the quality of the food has declined significantly compared to what it used to be before Covid, which is disappointing since this is the nearest Applebee's to me.
I would advise against ordering the double neighborhood burger. It’s so small that it doesn’t even fit on the bun — a regular single burger is actually larger. To make matters worse, it was overcooked. Additionally, the fries were served cold, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time.
We visited last weekend and decided to try the 2 for $20 deal. My husband ordered the classic burger with cheese and bacon, and he said it was good. I chose the classic Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, which came with an extra charge, but unfortunately, it was disappointing—it was so dry that I couldn't finish it. The only highlight was the breadstick, which was crunchy and enjoyable. I also ordered the Tipsy Cupid drink, and it was really good. Our server was somewhat friendly but not very engaging; he seemed too busy rushing around to provide attentive service. They were clearly busy, but I felt the food and service could have been better.
