On my own merit, i would try not to place an order for 25 smoothies, especially without a heads up. However, this was a special scenario. Aaron/Erin was up front by himself and made all 25 quickly (different flavors too) and without any complaints. I was annoyed with the order myself, so I assume it wasn’t great on the receiving end. What Matt I doesn't like about Jamba:
Hella rude wouldn't help me with the menu. Barbra j rolled her eyes at me and had terrible service skills. Smoothies were terrible. Should have just walked out right after I walked in. View all feedback.
Worst island bowl I have ever had. Tasted like acetone. I still have the bowl with me. It was so disgusting. Never ever buying anything from Jamba Juice ever again. Worst experience I have ever had!!
Terrible, extremely watered down smoothies! My daughter requested a smoothie, so we stopped in for an after school treat. Their product is not the same as it used to be! A real shame that inflation is so obviously affecting the taste at Jamba Juice… 90% water and 10% fruit is what we got! Won’t be going back!
