The tacos are a little weird, stick with the brisket which was really good. A lot of the sauces have a kick. There's a coke freestyle machine for soda. There's a nice condiment bar with chili peppers. The TV's mounted above are generally set to play sports. The turkey was good too. Plenty of room at lunch. It wound up being kinda pricy with drinks.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairsParking: Plenty of parking View all feedback.
What Steve P doesn't like about Burnt End Bbq:
I hadn 't had BBQ in a while, so my anticipation was huge. I was very disappointed. The Brisket was dry (and a small portion) with very little smoke flavor. The Burnt Ends (bowl) was disappointing also. The Burnt ends were dry with little smoke (or BBQ) flavor. Beans were okay and cornbread was fair. The Rustic fries were cold and limp when they were delivered. None of the meat was tender (like you would get with slo... View all feedback.
I absolutely love this restaurant! I would go out of my way for some excellent BBQ, and this place definitely delivers. The BFF fries are incredible! The brisket is juicy, the ribs fall off the bone, and the sauces are packed with flavor—what more could you want? And yes, they also serve sweet tea. If you're a fan of great barbecue, this is a must-visit! Food: 5/5
I ordered a one-meat plate since the website didn’t offer a two-meat option, which I found surprising because it seems like a missed opportunity for them to earn more money. The mac and cheese was incredibly disappointing—bland and undercooked. I ended up adding seasoning to my entire plate because everything lacked flavor. The loaded potatoes weren’t mashed and served cold, and despite having bacon and chives on top, they still tasted bland. It wasn’t until I added salt, pepper, and garlic that they gained any flavor. Even the cornbread tasted like thick slices of white bread. On the bright side, the pulled pork was quite good, but they had removed all the fat, which I think is the best part. It’s a shame because they’re nearby, but even chain BBQ places outshine them. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
We placed a large order for the office and got to sample a variety of meats and sides. Everyone was really pleased with the food. The brisket was exceptional—juicy with a fantastic bark. The ribs were tender and flavorful. I usually don’t care for smoked turkey, but I have to admit it was quite delicious. All the sauces had a nice kick to them, which most people appreciated. My absolute favorite was the burnt ends, perfectly sized with a great balance of bark and fat, making for delightful little bites. The sides were solid; I enjoyed the standard coleslaw. The green beans were a crowd favorite, along with the BBQ beans (which included brisket) and the cornbread. The service was excellent, and Travion kindly walked our food over to our car since the parking lot was being paved. Thank you, Travion!
The food was good, only complaint was it wasn't hot. We got there right when they opened so it wasn't busy yet and there wasn't a wait.Food: 4/5
Arrived at 7:15 and was told that I had to get good to go as they wanted to close early. Not apologetic, just want me to get out. The burnt ends had a very weird, nasty, unexpected taste somehow and were tough. Coleslaw had some odd spice added. Overall my experience was never again. So hard to find good BBQ in Colorado. On top of that the plate I got was very expensive.
