Subway - Feedback

What Charlie Bradbury doesn't like about Subway:
3 sandwiches ordered by app. 2 were made completely wrong. Wrong bread. Wrong toppings. Y’all put jalapeños on my kids sandwich. I grabbed the bag as she was putting it on the rack. And my toasted sandwich was cold. I only wanted onion pickles with light mayo. Had to remove lettuce, tomato, jalapeños a sauce I did not ask for. Needless to say, my sandwich was soggy the bread was soaked. My 3rd sandwich the bread was hard a rock. What shirley payne likes about Subway:
The staff at this restaurant is very polite and the service is fast. They have all the fresh ingredients you request. The location is very convenient with easy parking.
