Really impressed with the new driveway and ability to order from drive thru. Discovered whole store has been remodeled and it looks really nice and clean. Enjoyed the protein bowl very much; will be back again for this option. View all feedback.
What Nicole Herzog doesn't like about Subway:
The staff is good, I mean they?re always nice? But the wait time, in or at drive thru- is ridiculous. And when I?ve waited it?s never when they?re super busy. They?re always out of something, or my order is wrong. Last time I got home, from drive thru, andhad to go all the way back for a new sub. View all feedback.
Sat in the drive-thru speaker for almost 15 minutes. They must be using a different measuring system. The meats are a lower amount. I ordered a steak and cheese foot long. I came in and ordered and am still here eating. 11/21/22 6:10pm. There was a young guy with black hair that was rude to me. Hedidn?t seem to be putting the right amount of meat on the sandwich. And he barley spread the steak out over the sandwichevenly. I had another sandwich that I had him make. 6 inch Chicken terryaki. He made them both haphazardly. The young girlnext to him was working so fast to put the toppings on, I though her hands would fall off. Then I asked twice if the amount ofmeat on the sandwich was the right amount. She very snippy answered, yes we use two scoops of steak on foot longs. The overallcustomers service was lacking severely. I don?t think they need to be employed there if they aren?t going to take customersseriously.
I'm allergic to pickles and I clearly said my order which didn't include pickles and she tried to put them on my sandwich 5 times. Not to mention that they all looked higher than kites when they came out of the back to make me food. She even put baconon my sandwich when I said turkey? I understand having a bad day but all she could do was laugh and apologized to her coworkerrather than me.
