Red Lobster - Greenwood

I had an exceptional experience at Red Lobster thanks to the outstanding efforts of General Manager Brittany and her dedicated staff. Despite a packed house they went above and beyond to ensure that every guest, including myself, received top notch service. Brittany's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out making my dining experience unforgettable. I highly commend her and the entire team for their professionalism and dedication. Kudos to Red Lobster for having such exceptional leadership and staff!

My server Zack was great an very personal also one thing I noticed was a women cleaning tabels an everyone was talking to her. Come to find out she was the general manager Britney an that was so awesome to see an the host was a manager named Steve an that was so cool. An Two other servers came an checked on us. Danny an makayla were very helpful. Great experience

The young lady that waited on us in everyway the very defananiten of customer service. And as for the rest of the experience,it was all top notch and at a very reasonable price.
