The experience was pleasant overall, but it did get a bit chilly. Just so you know, a bottle of water costs $2. The restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. However, parking can be a challenge because the lot is right next to a deli. The line at the deli often extends and takes up most of the parking spaces. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
I ordered takeout on November 3, 2022, during lunchtime. I tried the mixed meal with green vegetables and sesame chicken, along with chow mein. Unfortunately, both dishes were overloaded with MSG and corn starch, which made them inedible for me. I ended up throwing them away. This panda express is a very good example of what should be fast casual eating. I order them twice a week, because every time I know exactly what I get. they get a lot to do during dinner. if they have been there during the dinner hours, it is very remarkable that there is only so much, they can only cook once. overall: no matter how busy, you eat is a good quality and I will like to order twice a week. I love the Teriyaki chicken and often they can literally observe how they cook it.
I 've never felt as disrespected as I did today! My little girl won her very first achievement coupon for making good choices at her school. She received a free cub meal we were so excited to go eat there. (I don 't think we 've gone anywhere as a family since my son was born! So already it was a big deal.. I was starving was in a great mood.First off the lady taking my order was the rudest person I 've ever come into contact with at any restaurant. She was constantly rushing me to order saying Let me know when you decide what you want and proceeding to make 3 other meals while im telling her what i want... at this point my husband tells the lady that 's not what she wants! She obviously gets even more annoyed (which I don 't blame her, I was trying to be understanding and thought maybe she 's just had a rough day . So then she asks if I speak Spanish as if that 's going to help.Ma 'am all you needed was a break. You did not have to unload your frustration onto me. I walked in with my family super excited to have a nice meal celebrate my daughter 's achievement. I didn 't even care about my food once I got to the cashier.. I wanted to leave. But I kept my cool, for my kids.Skip this place, avoid the headache, avoid the bad vibes. I 'm usually a very understanding person, but people like her should not deal with customers.
Fast friendly staff, food was great! Service was spectacular!! Will def visit this store again, when I’m in the area.
