O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Greenwood

Terrible experience. Do not order from this restaurant with a delivery service as they are not responsible for missing foods. The management was contacted and told us that it was not their problem, even if they screwed the order. They wonder if it is intentional to leave expensive food. They have lost a business of us, although they obviously do not care about customer experience.

Went for my mother's birthday lunch. Staff was friendly and attentive, food was delicious. My mom and her friend have accessibility issues, but the staff was very helpful in getting them seated.

We were seated quickly. We all enjoyed our food, and appetizers. Great dinner rolls too. There is a separated bar area. Clayton was a great server. Clean restaurant.

The hostess and staff are nice and fast. The tables, dishes, and restaurant are always clean and they seat us quickly! We?ve had some of the best steak in town here lately! Even better then Texas Roadhouse!! Deserts are amazing and always freshly made too! Great spot for the family!

You know you're gonna get good food in O'charley and this time we had a great service. The Chicken Tenders with engraving and potatoes was wonderful. The only bottom was that it filled so, there was no room for dessert.
