When we ordered a dip, it arrived swimming in grease. We had to argue to get it removed from our bill, even though we hadn't touched it. We requested the manager's name and phone number, but we were told they couldn't provide that information and were only given his first name. I love the food but the last 6 months or so almost every order we've made has been wrong. Sad, because we don't have many options here for food that isn't fast food. When we ask for shredded beef, we do NOT want chicken or ground beef! It's not like we can take apart burritos and chimichangas in the parking lot to check and make sure it's right!
I have been standing at the front for 40 minutes and was skipped on multiple occasions. This is place is unacceptable!
Great food.. excellent drinks..good place to laugh have ??
